General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Introduction These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between PONATURE s.r.o., with registered office at U Hrůbků 251/119, Ostrava 709 00, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register under number 24851779 (hereinafter "Seller"), and the buyer (consumer or business) within the scope of the online shop www.kilpi.de.
The purchase contract is concluded in the German language and is governed by German law. The EU Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB), and the Distance Selling Act shall apply.
2. Registration and User Account
Customers can create a user account or shop as a guest.
All provided information must be accurate and up-to-date.
The seller reserves the right to delete user accounts in case of misuse.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The products presented in the online shop do not constitute a binding offer.
The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller.
Confirmation will be sent via email to the address provided by the buyer.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT.
Payment methods: only those available via Shopify (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments).
Payment must be made prior to delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days.
The withdrawal must be sent via email or post to the address provided below.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
The goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is available within Germany only.
Shipping partners and delivery times are listed in the online shop.
The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery and immediately report any damages.
7. Warranty and Liability
The warranty period is 2 years.
Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods.
In the event of a defect, the customer can choose between repair or replacement.
The seller's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.

9. Final Provisions
German law applies to the exclusion of UN sales law.
If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
